No return policy

No return policy on unopened packages is the policy, but is a little ridiculous. I understand a business has to keep costs low but if returning packages prevents you from breaking even…. That’s a rather thin margin for revenue/profit…

Hi L, I sincerely apologize that the tray sleeves you ordered did not work out for you. We certainly know how frustrating it can be to receive a product that does not work for your needs.

We wish we could take back all our products from anyone who orders the wrong size or isn't satisfied. We tried doing this the past year though and it has not worked out well. Our team is simply too small and our infrastructure is frankly too unsophisticated to handle inbound shipments. To be fair to everyone and to be realistic with ourselves, we've made a decision to not allow anyone to return.  We know this is not the information you were hoping for, but we hope you can understand the why behind it.
If you need help finding a product that will work best for you, we're happy to assist, but that's unfortunately the best we can do right now.

Good looing but not well built

The classical design makes it a good looking sleeve to put on a flat of 30 eggs and sell in bulk. But the sleeve was held together by a layer of thin paper over the folded cardboard that was not joined/glued together. I can see a lot of these being broken when in real life use. Wish there were better alternatives.

Thank you for the feedback. We read and care about all of it. Can you elaborate on this tray not being joined or glued together? We're wondering if you got a bad batch or something. These are made by Pactiv who is a huge manufacturer. Much larger egg producers use these (with a different print). We've never had any complaints on these so we'd love to get to the bottom of this.
