Refund policy

Egg cartons/trays are NOT returnable under any circumstances. All egg carton/tray orders are FINAL, even if you have not opened your order. 

Please make sure you use the correct delivery address at checkout, as we cannot change the delivery address once your order has been processed. 

We do accept returns for NON egg cartons/trays. If your order was shipped for free, the value of the product will be credited less the cost of the shipping we paid to ship your product. These sales are considered final after 30 days of receiving the product.
