Shipment has NOT been delivered yet

I have no idea the condition or quality of the cartons as the freight company has not delivered them. I was originally told they would here on 5-5 but here it is the 5-13 and no cartons as of yet.

LTL shipments take up to 1-2 weeks to ship/deliver to you. We shipped these out on 4-29 for you.

Sometimes if there is a delay it can take 3-4 weeks - I have been checking your order personally this entire time and the carrier told me this was scheduled for delivery today. I just followed up with them.

Please confirm if you do or do not get this by the end of the day.
