Denim blue a cartons delivered during a rain storm

Package was delivered during a rain storm, and the plastic covering over the egg cartons was not completely covering them. They got soaked by water.
They dried out and seem to be OK, but our wrinkled and deformed a bit.
If the plastic had been secured all the way around them, they would have been dry. Wish that the packaging had been a little bit more carefully thawed out when packaged into the box.

    Hi Trevor,

Thank you so much for your review — we really appreciate it! We’re sorry to hear that your egg cartons got a bit wet during the rain and weren’t fully protected by the plastic wrap.

If you’re able to, could you send us a quick photo of the affected cartons? It’ll help us understand what happened and make sure we get it right next time. You can send it to our email.

Thanks again for your understanding and for supporting us — it means a lot!
