12-Egg Flat Top Pulp
I guess you get what you pay for so I can’t really complain they hold eggs however, bcuz they are recycled they have dark spots throughout the cardboard carton that looks like dirty used cartons. I always tell my customers they are new and clean but just recycled is causing that dirty look. The hole that the tab sticks through when you close it sometimes tears which then makes the whole carton flimsy and unstable.
Hi Josette, thank you for your review! We appreciate all the feedback we receive. We are sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the egg cartons you received. We completely understand what you mean by the cartons having dark spots or specs of colors. These are made from recycled pulp, so the specs of color you see are likely recycled newspaper. If you are seeing a more orange/brown color, this is likely a stain from the heat pressing process. As far as the tearing on the tabs, would you be willing to email us over some photos of that? They definitely should not be tearing, making the cartons unusable. Our email address is email@example.com, and we look forward to hearing from you!
Not happy with the quality
Hi Ignacio, thank you for your review. We appreciate all the feedback we receive! We do apologize that you were not satisfied with the quality of the cartons you received. As we mentioned, some tearing can happen in transit, and fraying is not uncommon because they are made from a recycled pulp material. The tearing on your cartons as definitely more a bit excessive based on the photos, so we do apologize that these cartons did not work out for you!
