So far the boxes are working out fine. They seem to be good quality so I can reuse them. Also with the little bit bigger box I can fit 15 dozen eggs that are in individual cartons in the same box were I used to only be able to get 15 dozen in them if I used the trays . Good Product, Thanks !

Great Customer Service

I totally understand that life is not perfect but what makes the difference between a good company and a great company is how they handle the challenges. My order was shipped complete and on time as expected but I had placed a much larger order than before and it came on two pallets with plastic wrapping instead of the boxes I anticipated. You could see a couple of items were squashed, but not enough to mention. In my review, I noted the change in packaging and they reached out to me by email, explained the packaging, and offered to reimburse me for any product lost. This is an excellent company providing a good product at an affordable price. They now have a customer for life.
