Great Baby Chick Feeders

These are not the strong stiff flats, hence the cost, but they do work for a lot of things, for instance we use egg flats to feed baby chicks. Works way better than any chick feeder on the market. When babies first hatch they need access to feed NOT BEDDING! Put one of these down for every 10-25 chicks. Don’t put them on shavings until they know what feed is. And don’t give your babies cold water:/ Use these trays for the first week so they have plenty of access to feed, then wash them and reuse next hatch! Oh and the red ones attract them. They have no trouble jumping in for a bite! Don’t put them under the heat source, put them over on the cool side of your brooder to discourage them sleeping in them. They actually don’t poop in them very much.

flimsy

Good product, no manufacturing defects. Definitely more flimsy than I anticipated, wouldn't recommend using these for storing golf ball sized metal parts. If they ever make a heavy duty option I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.

What is the weight of your product? This tray is on the thinner side to make it more economical, but we do have a few others that are thicker and may be a better fit for you.

If possible, could you also send us a picture of your product? That would help us recommend the best option.
