Product Properties

Alkaline egg cleaning detergent
Foam-controlled - limiting foam accumulation in egg washing machines (AKA no clogging!)
Chlorine content in concentrated powder form is 16,800 ppm (parts per million). When mixed at 1/2 oz. powder per gallon of water - 197 ppm
Cuts through high iron and hard water environments
1 Pound of Egg Wash Powder can wash 100 dozen eggs.
Available in 8 pound, 16 pound, and 40 pound quantities

For Spray Application: Add water to wash solutions at 1/10 to 1/2 oz. per gallon of water. Maintain solution strength and change solution/clean tank and screens at least every four hours.
For Soaking Application: use at 1/2 oz. per gallon of 90-degree F. water. Rinse all eggs thoroughly with clean 100 F. Water after treatment.

great product, great service

Our little historic farm has been using this brand of egg wash powder for years. We have volunteers washing eggs three times a week. We process roughly 60-80 dozen a week. When my other supplier discontinued this item, they gave me a phone number for king sales group. When I called, the rep was very helpful and patient. Eventually I ordered a 40 pound bucket of egg wash powder. It arrived promptly and without damage. We will continue to order from this company.
