Tips & Tricks for Separating Vintage Egg Cartons
- De-nesting - If you find you are having trouble de-nesting your natural vintage egg cartons, try de-nesting them in counts of 5-10 before separating them individually.
- The best way to de-nest these cartons is to gently shake them apart, rather than pulling them.
- It is recommended to grab the bottom of the carton and the posts and shake them, rather than grabbing the sides or front flap.

I love these more compact vintage plain egg cartons because I can imprint them with my own logo and enhance them anyway I choose. I love folks reaction when they realize that it is a dozen eggs when they open the carton there, they usually think there’s only nine in there, but no these gems hold a full dozen eggs.

I love these cartoons, they fit better in the fridge as well as give the support you would need. I loved the long support dividers between each egg cell. They keep eggs snug safe. A fun addition to our little farm.
