Shipping and Returns
How do I return an item?
  As our products either are made to contain food to be eaten by humans (egg cartons & egg trays), or come in contact with animals that may carry salmonella bacteria, we cannot accept returns of any egg cartons. All Returns Must Be Pre-Approved. All customers wishing to return merchandise must acquire an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) prior to return. To acquire a RMA# please call 1-888-852-5340. We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. Our standard restocking charge is 25%. Other items may differ depending on various factors. Shipping costs, to and from, are Non-Refundable. The customer must pay shipping charges to return goods, except when damaged or defective upon arrival. If your order was shipped "Free Shipping" and is returned, the value of the product will be credited less the cost of the shipping we paid to ship your product. If an order is refused from UPS or FEDEX, the shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount of your refund.
Upon receiving, inspecting, and approving your return, we will credit your account for the purchase price less restocking charge, shipping and handling cost. We will refuse returns that have no RMA# or appear used or damaged upon return. We will make every effort to resolve problems to your satisfaction. We are on your side, and doing business with us will prove it! Customer satisfaction is our goal.
