    Many of our plastic egg cartons were designed exclusively by us. We designed our plastic cartons to be as strong as possible while still being cost-effective. We've worked hard to ensure that the closures are secure so that the cartons don't pop open. All of the plastic egg cartons are made from 100% recycled PET plastic, making them 100% recyclable. Many of these cartons are available in a labeled and unlabeled version to accommodate different needs. We are proud to have the largest range of plastic egg cartons in North America with different egg sizes (including chicken plastic egg cartons, duck, goose, and quail plastic egg cartons). Our cartons also come in a wide variety of cell counts (Plastic 6 egg or less cartons, split 6 plastic egg cartons, and, 12 egg plastic cartons). We offer cartons beyond your standard plastic 2x6 carton seen at every grocery store and farmers market too. We've made round and square plastic cartons with ample label space. Our tri-fold plastic cartons are our most expensive and durable cartons, made by us. Our cartons provide great packaging for bath bombs, chocolate-covered strawberries, protein balls, ice cream, and many other small treats. You won't find plastic egg cartons like these anywhere else.

    Below you will find some of our most commonly asked questions pertaining to our plastic egg cartons

    Our egg cartons are made from recycled plastic which is sometimes referred to a RPET. This plastic is heated and then molded. This plastic is also recyclable and can be recycled up to 7 times.


    The biggest benefit of plastic egg cartons is their appearance. Many customers have not changed to pulp, despite environmental concerns, because the pulp cartons aren’t able to display their beautiful eggs, bath bombs, or baked goods. The pulp cartons also don’t hold up as well as plastic cartons in climates with high humidity.

    Some of our customer reuse their plastic egg cartons. Many do not due to the legal constraints of doing so. We often see our plastic egg cartons being reused by people who sell at farmers markets or people who are just giving their eggs away to family and friends
