I have been purchasing quail egg cartons from eggcartons.com for several years now. About a year ago, they changed their cartons. The original cartons were light gray. The light gray cartons were great. They were made a bit larger and held the jumbo quail eggs much better. They were cleanly cut/stamped and solid and closed well. These new cartons are light brown and have the FHP.ME stamped into them are not nearly as good. They do not hold the larger jumbo quail egg quite as well. They don't close as easy and the holes where they snap close break easily and are not stamped out well at all. I contacted eggcartons.com and asked what happened to the old light gray cartons and they said they were not able to get them due to covid....Supplier issues. That's been six months ago and I guess they still can't get the light gray cartons. Unfortunately, these are the only 18 ct pulp cartons on the market that I can find. I miss the light gray cartons. They were 5 star. I use pulp cartons because I have yet to find a plastic carton that will hold my jumbo quail eggs. Can't get the lid to close because they are too big. Other than that, egg cartons.com is the place to buy egg cartons!
