Placing an Order
We feel that it is important for our customers to know that ordering online or over the phone with us is completely safe and secure. We never give out customer information to anyone, ever.
Don't feel comfortable placing an order online? Have questions about products or what to order? No problem! We will gladly accept orders over the phone. Our friendly sales staff will also help you with any questions that you may have.
To order by phone, please call us toll-free at 1-888-852-5340 during our customer service hours. Our regular office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards as well as, PayPal, Check-By-Phone, Personal Checks & Money Orders. Please note that if you are sending a personal check we will have to wait until your check arrives before your order can be processed. We encourage our customers who pay by check to use our free check-by-phone service. This service allows us to process your order right away.
Shipping Information
We strive to get your order out the same day it is received. If your order is received before 4 P.M. Eastern Time it will normally go out that day, otherwise the next day. We know how important these products are to your business and we will always do our best to see that your order gets to you as soon as possible.
We normally ship via FedEx, UPS or DHL Ground. If you choose a ground shipping method please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.
